Damaged Shipments

Return Policy

At Renee Joseph, LLC, we offer a 15-day trial period for our CBD products. If, within 15 days of receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund. To initiate a return, please contact us at bloom@renee-joseph.com with your order number and reason for return.


Conditions for Returns:

The request for a return must be made within 15 days of receiving the product.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Any used portion of the product should not exceed 30% of the total product volume.

Please note that Renee Joseph, LLC reserves the right to determine the eligibility for a refund based on the condition of the returned product and the reason for the return.


Refunds

Once your damaged product images are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days, or we will send a new product, free of charge, to you.
